You can cancel your booking up to 7 days before arrival under the following conditions.

Free cancellation

Your fixed booking can be canceled free of charge up to 3 months before arrival.

Cancellation costs

Depending on how long before arrival you cancel,
result in the following Cancellation costs:

Up to 3 months before arrival - can be canceled free of charge

3-1 month before arrival, cancellation costs: 40% of the total price

1 month to 1 week before arrival, cancellation costs: 70% of the total price

In the event of cancellation within 7 days before the planned arrival or in the event of no-show, 90% of the travel price must be paid!

In exceptional cases we will find a solution.

We will transfer the amount that you have already transferred to you immediately within 5 working days.
