Our vacation homes offer plenty of space and the necessary distance from other guests. We do not have any common areas. Each family or group of guests has their own house with 80 m² of space. With us, you can enjoy your vacation without a mask.

We are happy to inform you about the current COVID conditions
 for your stay at CASALPIN:

Restrictions to be eased from March 5, 2022
Throughout Austria, the “3G rule” will be lifted
on March 5, 2022 for accommodation and hotels, restaurants,
cable cars, ski lifts, and leisure facilities.
 
This means that NO proof of
“vaccination,” “recovery,” or “testing”
is required.

Entry
The regulations for entering Austria are constantly changing, so we ask you to inform yourself directly about the respective regulations, necessary measures, and rules from your “country of arrival” before entering Austria.

Casalpin COVID-19 measures
All chalets are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after departure. Our cleaning team wears cleaning gloves. All chalets are thoroughly ventilated after departure. All employees, including the cleaning team, are continuously tested for COVID 19 or are vaccinated. 
Guests only have contact with our guest relations manager. Our guest relations manager maintains the necessary safety distance.
 
Requirements in the chalets:
Disinfectant is available in every chalet.
Each chalet is a self-contained area.
Each family or group has its own house.
This automatically ensures that the safety distance is maintained.
We do not have any communal areas.

Contact between guests
Contact is only possible outside on the footpaths and in the car park. We ask guests to maintain the necessary safety distance.

Mandatory masks
In principle, masks are not mandatory.
However, FFP2 masks are still mandatory on public transport and in grocery stores,
pharmacies, banks, tobacco shops, gas stations, and government offices.
However, they are NOT mandatory on cable cars.
Wearing an FFP2 mask is
 still recommended in public spaces
and in crowded areas.

Return journey
In some cases, certain measures must still be observed
when returning to your home country.
We ask you to inform yourself directly about the respective regulations,
necessary measures, and rules
for your country of return.

Coronavirus-related cancellation conditions
If official restrictions make it difficult to enter or leave Austria and you are therefore unable to take your vacation or are required to quarantine, you can rebook your reservation free of charge or receive a CASALPIN chalet voucher for the amount already paid.
