Our holiday homes offer plenty of space and the necessary distance from other guests. We don't have common rooms. Each family or group of guests has their own house with 80 m2 of space. With us you can enjoy your vacation without a mask.

 

The following COVID 19 measures are taken at CASALPIN:

Relaxation from March 5th, 2022

The "3G rule" falls throughout Austria

with 05.03.2022 for accommodation

and hotel industry, gastronomy,

Cable cars, ski lifts and leisure facilities.

 

This means that there is NO obligation to provide proof of

"Vaccinated", "Recovered" or "Tested"

is required.

Entry into Austria
We ask you to inform yourself directly about the entry requirements from your country.

CASALPIN COVID 19 measures

All chalets are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after departure. Our cleaning team wears cleaning gloves. All chalets are thoroughly ventilated after departure. All employees including the cleaning team are continuously tested for COVID 19. The guests only have contact with our guest supervisor. Our guest supervisor keeps the necessary safety distance.

 

Requirements in the chalets:

A disinfectant is available in every chalet.

Each chalet is a separate area.

Every family, every group has its own house.

The safety distance is thus automatically guaranteed.

We have no common rooms.

Contact between guests

Is only possible outside on the sidewalks and in the parking lot. We ask the guests to keep the necessary safety distance.

Mask requirement

In principle, there is no obligation to wear a mask.

The FFP2 mask obligation continues to exist in public transport

and in the food trade, in pharmacies, banks,

tobacconists, petrol stations and offices.

But NOT in cable cars.

➜ Wearing an FFP2 mask is becoming fashionable

generally accessible rooms and in crowds of people

but still recommended.

Return journey

Also for the return trip to the home countries are partly
continue to comply with appropriate measures.
We kindly ask you for the respective regulations,
necessary measures and rules
for your return country directly.

Corona-related cancellation conditions

If the official restrictions make it difficult for you to enter or leave Austria and you cannot go on vacation, or quarantine is mandatory, you can rebook your booking free of charge or receive a CASALPIN chalet voucher for the amount already paid .
