Handover of keys on arrival

When you arrive, you will receive the key on site from our guest manager Geli Neuschmied.

Arrival after 6 p.m.!

When no one is there or you arriving after 6 p.m.,

The keys (two pieces) hang behind the front door during your stay.

Key return on departure

Before you leave, you can hang the keys behind the front door. You don't have to lock the door.

Lost the key

If you lose the key, there will be a cost of 45 euros. We will then reorder one.

Accidentally took the key with you?

If you accidentally took the key with you when you were leaving, please send it back to us by registered mail:
