We have nothing against pets and other animals. Many animals can be seen on fire and at home. Only we, at CASALPIN, want to offer all guests the same conditions - and unfortunately no animals are included. –––––––––––– ARE THE HOLIDAY HOUSES ALLERGY SUITABLE? The CASALPIN Holiday homes are made of 100% wood (local spruce), untreated and natural. The duvets are with Goose down suitable for allergy sufferers filled and Nomite checked . On request we also have Cotton blankets and pillows. –––––––––––– DO I GET A WHOLE HOUSE? Yes, CASALPIN chalets are 80 m2 in size. And you get a whole house to yourself. With your partner, your family, or your friends. That's plenty of space for everyone. Children in particular can let off steam there. And you can move around freely. Depending on the chalet, there are two to three bedrooms. ––––––––––––––––––––––––––– WHEN IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT? During the winter months, we only rent on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday. Check-in on the day of arrival is from 4 p.m. Check-out on the day of departure is possible until 10 a.m. In spring and fall , bookings are possible for a minimum of 3 nights. If you arrive after 6 p.m., we can be reached by phone (on site: 0664 4678847) and will come to you right away. Departure from 7 a.m. is also possible. Information about key handover/return –––––––––––––––––––––––– HOW FAR ARE THE CHALETS FROM THE SKI LIFT? The ski lifts in Brand have TWO valley stations. One is in the village of Brand (Dorfbahn), the other at the end of the village (Palüdbahn). Our holiday cabins are located exactly in the middle of the two valley stations. They are each 1,500 meters away. The free ski bus stops right in front of our holiday village and takes you to the valley stations in 5 minutes. It takes about 15 minutes on foot. Our ski storage room, where you can store your skis, snowboards, and boots free of charge, is located at the Dorfbahn in the village center. Here you can see the CHALETS and the valley stations. The Brandnertal ski area has 14 cable cars and lifts, 55 kilometers of groomed slopes, 3 snow-covered valley runs, and 80% of the slopes covered with artificial snow. The season starts in mid-December and ends at Easter. You can find information about the most important lifts here. ––––––––––––––––––––––––––– IS THERE A BUS IN BRAND? In winter, the ski bus runs every 15 minutes to the valley station. It stops right in front of the CASALPIN holiday village. The ski bus is free for all guests. We also have a travel cot available if required. You must bring your own sheets, blankets, and pillows for babies. Suitable for children up to 36 months, with a maximum weight of 15 kg, who are able to sit upright without assistance. CASALPIN CLIMATE PROTECTION EVEN MORE GREEN IN THE MOUNTAINS –––––––––––– At CASALPIN, we have always been very environmentally conscious and climate-oriented. On the one hand, our vacation homes are built entirely from natural wood, and on the other hand, the entire interior construction and most of the interior furnishings are also made of wood. In addition to the positive carbon footprint, our guests also expect an excellent indoor climate. That is also the reason why our guests sleep so well with us. –––––––––––– Waste separation and recycling We have been separating our waste properly since the very beginning. It would have been easy to just throw everything away, but we collect and dispose of all recyclable materials. Paper, plastic, glass, and metal can be separated in the entrance hall. After guests leave, we collect everything in our recycling containers. We even built our own recycling center for this purpose in 2022. The recycling containers are then picked up by the municipality or emptied at the Brand waste center. ––––––––––––––––––––––––––– Pure drinking water from the mountains Pure, cool, fresh Brandner mountain water comes out of our taps. Not only does it taste good and is healthy, it also saves on lots of plastic mineral water bottles. Fresh mountain water throughout the entire vacation home. ––––––––––––––––––––––––––– Central location, short distances, and village bus Our holiday village is located in the heart of the mountain village of Brand. This means you can leave your car behind and reach everything on foot. In summer, the bus is the perfect way to get to the Lünerseebahn cable car. In winter, the ski bus is available. Both can be used free of charge with your guest card. ––––––––––––––––––––––––––– Lots of greenery in our vacation home complex In addition to the beautiful and well-maintained lawn between our vacation homes, we have cultivated numerous trees and plants. We now have a wonderful and fragrant lavender garden above the vacation complex. At the rear, there is a beautiful herb garden with free access for our guests. And much more, such as chestnut and apple trees, which are developing well. ––––––––––––––––––––––––––– We heat with wood pellets Our heating system means we are independent of oil and gas, and we also heat in a climate-neutral way. As is well known, wood is CO2-neutral. Our pellets come from residues and offcuts from wood production and forestry. ––––––––––––––––––––––––––– New since DEC 21 Cosmetics switched from plastic to glass bottles Our natural cosmetics “Sopin” are very popular. Hand soap, cream, shampoo, and dishwashing liquid with nourishing whey. Previously in plastic bottles that we had to dispose of, now NEW in glass bottles that we can refill. All soaps and creams have been switched from plastic bottles to refillable glass bottles. It feels good and is also excellent. Also for at home www.sopin.at New since May 22 Solar power with our own battery We now have a photovoltaic system on the roof of our supply building. Small but mighty, it provides the holiday resort's basic power supply in an environmentally friendly way. Brand has an above-average number of sunny days.
