We do not have any common areas. Each family or group of guests has their own house with 80 m² of space. With us, you can enjoy your vacation without a mask. We are happy to inform you about the current COVID conditions for your stay at CASALPIN: Restrictions to be eased from March 5, 2022 Throughout Austria, the “3G rule” will be lifted on March 5, 2022 for accommodation and hotels, restaurants, cable cars, ski lifts, and leisure facilities. This means that NO proof of “vaccination,” “recovery,” or “testing” is required. Entry The regulations for entering Austria are constantly changing, so we ask you to inform yourself directly about the respective regulations, necessary measures, and rules from your “country of arrival” before entering Austria. Casalpin COVID-19 measures All chalets are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after departure. Our cleaning team wears cleaning gloves. All chalets are thoroughly ventilated after departure. All employees, including the cleaning team, are continuously tested for COVID 19 or are vaccinated. Guests only have contact with our guest relations manager. Our guest relations manager maintains the necessary safety distance. Requirements in the chalets: Disinfectant is available in every chalet. Each chalet is a self-contained area. Each family or group has its own house. This automatically ensures that the safety distance is maintained. We do not have any communal areas. Contact between guests Contact is only possible outside on the footpaths and in the car park. We ask guests to maintain the necessary safety distance. Mandatory masks In principle, masks are not mandatory. However, FFP2 masks are still mandatory on public transport and in grocery stores, pharmacies, banks, tobacco shops, gas stations, and government offices. However, they are NOT mandatory on cable cars. Wearing an FFP2 mask is still recommended in public spaces and in crowded areas. Return journey In some cases, certain measures must still be observed when returning to your home country. We ask you to inform yourself directly about the respective regulations, necessary measures, and rules for your country of return. We have nothing against pets and other animals. Many animals can be seen on fire and at home. Only we, at CASALPIN, want to offer all guests the same conditions - and unfortunately no animals are included. –––––––––––– ARE THE HOLIDAY HOUSES ALLERGY SUITABLE? The CASALPIN Holiday homes are made of 100% wood (local spruce), untreated and natural. The duvets are with Goose down suitable for allergy sufferers filled and Nomite checked . On request we also have Cotton blankets and pillows. –––––––––––– DO I GET A WHOLE HOUSE? Yes, CASALPIN chalets are 80 m2 in size. And you get a whole house to yourself. With your partner, your family, or your friends. That's plenty of space for everyone. Children in particular can let off steam there. And you can move around freely. Depending on the chalet, there are two to three bedrooms. ––––––––––––––––––––––––––– WHEN IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT? During the winter months, we only rent on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday. Check-in on the day of arrival is from 4 p.m. Check-out on the day of departure is possible until 10 a.m. In spring and fall , bookings are possible for a minimum of 3 nights. If you arrive after 6 p.m., we can be reached by phone (on site: 0664 4678847) and will come to you right away. Departure from 7 a.m. is also possible. Information about key handover/return –––––––––––––––––––––––– HOW FAR ARE THE CHALETS FROM THE SKI LIFT? The ski lifts in Brand have TWO valley stations. One is in the village of Brand (Dorfbahn), the other at the end of the village (Palüdbahn). Our holiday cabins are located exactly in the middle of the two valley stations. They are each 1,500 meters away. The free ski bus stops right in front of our holiday village and takes you to the valley stations in 5 minutes. It takes about 15 minutes on foot. The Brandnertal ski area has 14 cable cars and lifts, 55 kilometers of groomed slopes, 3 snow-covered valley runs, and 80% of the slopes covered with artificial snow. In winter, the ski bus runs every 15 minutes to the valley station. It stops right in front of the CASALPIN holiday village. The ski bus is free for all guests. We also have a travel cot available if required. You must bring your own sheets, blankets, and pillows for babies. Suitable for children up to 36 months, with a maximum weight of 15 kg, who are able to sit upright without assistance.
